      Paycheck. I had to use at least 5 words here so this is just filler.

      Management that believes they are the Second Coming, Favoritism, Health insurance cost prohibitive, Too much work expected of too few people, Product quality declining, Pension frozen

      Pros

      Opportunity to get hands on experience across a wide range of products. My immediate manager fostered a true team approach. lack of "silos" between IT diciplines (Networking talks to Wintel and Messaging without alot of red tape.

      Cons

      Benefits cut - no pension - Health insurance copy way up. Sr. management seems more concerned with stock price then employees (at least that is how I perceive it).

      Decent pay Decent benefits Great co-workers Separation package is great

      Cons

      People are not important and are totally expendible. No appreciation for dedication and hard work. They are more interested in buying more companies. It is a shame in today's economy that they are laying people off to outsource work. Morale is horrible. Insurance is expensive.
