      Use to be a good place to work, not so much anymore.

      Pros

      The money is good, and I have had a job for 37 years. I have only been layed of a few days here and there in 37 years

      Cons

      The heat is bad there and too much overtime sometimes. You don't have any personal life to speak of. Managers don't treat us very well

      Pros

      Unless you have worked here for 20+ years there aren't many pro's. Since raises aren't performance based you don't have to necessarily do a good job to get a raise.

      Cons

      No advancement, you can't move up unless you become a manager. There isn't any sort of tuition reimbursement. Raises aren't based on performance. There's too much red tape to get your job done in a timely manner. Employee's aren't held accountable for their performance which leads to even more red tape. Unless you've been with the company for many years its very difficult to get vacation during the summer. No 401K match.

      Pros

      Its a job, and in this economy no other places around here are hiring right now.

      Cons

      You get no recognition, so there is ZERO incentive to really apply yourself. They keep cutting hours. Most employees have seen their salaries cut in half.
