      Upper management is ruining this once great company

      There is really no benefit to working here

      Cons

      Insurance and benefits are horrible, pay scale continues to get lower every year. Upper management has no experience in the printing industry and continues to fail at every level. Long hours with no work/life balance. Forced overtime.

      Pros

      Everyone is friendly in the warehouse and up in the front offices. When it is not to busy work is pretty relaxing.

      Cons

      CAO make millions of dollars of bonuses a year (all this information is online), and will come to talk to the company and give excuses as to why they are not giving proper live-able wages for their warehouse employees.
