      work is steady, OT is constant.

      Cons

      Benefits are woefully lacking, Comparatively speaking, wages are some of the lowest in the valley. Little or no concern for associates and their lives. Very few holidays.

      -Help when you ask for it; resources, SME's, legal, regulatory, local offices. -Healthy benefits package -Flexibility with working location and schedule -90% of assets needed for my clients exist within the platform

      Cons

      -Personally, none. For others that aren't challenging themselves AND the associates tasked with supporting your client, you will feel like you don't have a voice...because you don't. To thrive in an organization like RRD you MUST be self-driven, aggressive and persistent from all perspectives.
