Pros

their checks have allways been cashable

Cons

the upper management allways feeds us bolgna. Just lately it was announced that 2nd shift will be getting upwards of a two dollar shift premeium wage increase while most of first shift was left to hold the bag. You get wrote up for some equipment failures resulting in a mistake, you get charged with unexcused absence even if it is for a medical reason. upper management plays the workers like they are low lifes, lay all kinds of rules that would seem unethical at best, or talk down to you like your stupid or something. They claim they will accomodate persons wih disabilities but yet at the same time look for a reason to terminate. Their safety directors background is a poet but clams to know all about the job. Even when there is a safety issue that he does not want to deal with he will do nohing or pass it off saying he does not want to have the maintainenc guys mad at him. Dont waste your time there thinking you can climb with the company. If your on the bottom, then the bottom is where your going to stay, unless they really like you. I would not go back there even if they were the last employer in Wisconsin

Pros

RR Donnelley boasts an impressive roster of clients, which can contribute to a positive work environment from that perspective. For those who are ambitious and driven, there are ample opportunities to showcase their skills and expertise while collaborating with top-tier companies.

Cons

Year after year, you'll find yourself working tirelessly, yet the prospect of a fair annual pay increase remains elusive. To compound matters, the health plans come with exorbitant deductibles, exacerbating the financial strain. Furthermore, the company's escalating trend of outsourcing jobs from the US to India underscores a disheartening lack of loyalty toward dedicated US employees who invest their utmost effort, aspiring for job security and stability.
