They expect you to work 80 hours per week

Pros

Air to breath, bathrooms, parking, and no danger from hazards.

Cons

Bait and switch employment. Yhey say 40 hours per week, then once you quit your other job, they tell you no days off until further notice. They will take away all your dignity and pride. Your coworkers will make you look bad for kicks. They will show off how they get the line to produce all the hard drives by making the people work like slaves.

Pros

Company with a long proud history. Fortune 300 and all that. Many Great People, and really dedicated employees in manufacturing.

Cons

Clueless Management. After years of acquisitions (and appropriate "right sizing" due to synergies) the fearless leaders are now engaging in some financial engineering to split the company into 3 parts. Which means lets cut more resources in order to make the numbers look better. This on top of poor pay, no raises and sky-rocketing insurance costs. What good people you have remaining are there only for lack of options.
