Pros

Fortune 500 company - looks good on a resume for a person out of college. Will toughen you to appreciate the better work environment on your next job.

Cons

Over work employees and underpay them. Do not provide the internal resources to succeed. Dying industry that have cut costs to the bone. Employees are expendable, outsourcing is Job One. Inconsistent manufacturing process and policy and no integration with systems. High employee turnover. Robotic management with blaming mindset. Training or coaching non existent. No 401K matching, expensive healthcare.

Good Co-workers, Stable work environment.

Cons

Poor compensation, bonuses, raises, etc. Old school mentality that does not translate to modern times in a positive way (limited work from home, dress code, etc.). Slow to adapt. Lots of "dead wood" employees. Hard to advance if you show aptitude in your current position. Very little perks.

Pros

Good pay but not much else going for it. The management in-house was great but corporate management is soul-less and act like cheerleading used car salesmen.

Cons

Long hard hours. Minimal to worthless health insurance. Constant scrutiny. No trust. No updates for computers. Needed to do web searching for images but there were so many sites that were outlawed that we had no access too. Cheap.
