HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. The manager is old and has no new ideas. She leaves your job in the hands of a 20-something year old right-out-of-college "child" who likes to cuss and brag about drinking as her only hobby. She is your "Lead" but has only worked on ONE account the whole 2 years she has worked at RRD. She has no idea how to help you on your accounts and will talk horribly about you behind your back like a high-schooler to other co-workers and management. And for some reason they actually listen to what she has to say!! They promoted ONE PERSON while I was there and she was consistently 20 mins late for her job and stayed on her cell phone all day at her desk.
The systems that you use ALL DAY EVERY DAY are horrible, antiquated, and very glitchy. The computers that they provide are vastly outdated and if you have software issues they just tell you to get over it - causing you to have to click away pop-up alert messages hundreds of times a day. The chairs they provide are nasty, torn, and creaky.
Pay is horrible. ZERO RAISES - they tell you there are great opportunities in your interview to get you in the door and NEVER DELIVER.
WORK TO LIFE BALANCE does not exist in Q4. You work long horrible hours and nobody gets to be off around the holidays.
DO NOT TAKE A JOB HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTIONS!!!
