CCompany concentrates on teaching employees how to speak with client but fails use that education when speaking with internal folks. For example Sales can be rude and demeaning to internal employees and when this is brought to Managers in Customer Service, management will defend sales. Mangers also feel their title earns them respect. ompany concen
