      Nice offices, hours can be somewhat normal

      Cons

      The majority of companies now a days offer 3 weeks vacation (federal holidays are separate) and a weeks sick leave, it's just shocking to see how this company offers 2 weeks vacation after 6 months but NO SICK DAYS.. how is this even legal? Something is amiss. If you value your employees, treat them well..

      Upper management only wants to hear from other managers (who do not relay the truth), not employees Employees are given promotions based on personal preferance rather than work effort Upper management rewards people by what they "think" is going on, but never do enough work to validate what they are rewarding for Zero company culture or appreciation They'd rather make it harder to do you work than easier
