Pros

The only pro of this position is that I got more office experience for the current position I am in now.

Cons

Everything was a con here. The pay was low, the benefits were horrible, management was awful and the atmosphere was very negative and toxic. I felt like I was in high school while working here. Very “cliquey”, back talking, no communication, drama and poor management. I’ve never worked at such a horrible place in my life!

Great immediate team, great immediate management, great work-life balance. I don't take work home.

Cons

Subject to slow corporate decisions. Umbrella upper management style is horrible fit for dynamic team. Constantly operating in reactive mode, putting out fires due to lack of staffing and managerial pushback on client.

The only good thing about this company is that they are very flexible with their hours, or at least the department I worked for was.

Cons

The insurance benefits are the worst. You'd think for being such a huge company (nationwide) they would offer better benefits. The management sucks, and the people are really not friendly AT ALL. It feels like a prison working in those little rooms and the whole building looks like a warehouse inside. It's a really ugly building inside. But it's not a good place to work for. Backstabbing people and you have those supervisors who have their favorites and give them all the good work while those that don't kiss butt get all the crappy jobs. I would never, ever work for this company again nor do I advise anyone to bother. They do love to change your schedules to their convenience as well, even if it doesn't work for you.
