Pros

Very knowledgeable, friendly people who were the best part of my job.

Cons

Low pay, terrible company culture, management who's primary motivation is to save money and only provide the level of customer support necessary to keep business. No management transparency, little to no honest discussion of policy, terrible benefits, the lowest vacation time allotment I've ever seen in my 20+ years in business. The list could go on and on and on.

Pros

It is impossible to get fired from this place. Lots of locations. Tuition Reimbursement.

Cons

Leadership rarely changes, so if you get stuck under a terrible manager, your only recourse is to change positions. Health Insurance befits are terrible No 401K match. Behind in technology. Horrible HR departments. They do not care about bad leadership and hostile work environments.
