Now retirees won't have any benefits. Tell me, why did I work for you? Most companies are offering things to encourage people to stay. I don't need a smoothie bar but I would like some help when I retire after all the years of loyalty I'VE put in, it would be nice if some of that loyalty was reciprocated. Investors returns are great but if you have transient employees in positions that take 5-10 years to become proficient then good luck providing QUALITY PRODUCTS to your customers by people that may or may not care any more. Trust and loyalty and dedication works both ways. You just lost my loyalty.
