      Very poor compensation, long hours, no long-term security

      Pros

      Large company with many locations and room for movement for motivated employees who want experience.

      Cons

      Uncompetitve salaries. Annual raises range from 0-1%, even for top performers. Bonus programs rarely pay out, or when they do, its enough to go to MacDonalds - maybe. Very expensive insurance (more expensive than private insurance). No 401K match. No pension. No tuition reimbursement (they claim it but good luck getting approval). Shrinking demand for services. Long hours. Frequent hiring freezes, layoffs/downsizing. Poor job security. Low morale.

      Pros

      You have a job. Your co-workers are a great bunch of people. We all know we are in the same sinking ship.

      Cons

      Poor Benefits. They took away everyones pensions. Medical Insurance is NOT good and keeps getting worse and more expensive. RRD only cares about training their company in India and then they dump their American employees. This company is everything that is wrong with America today. Run
