      Pros

      just the people, except with management

      Cons

      Management has no clue about anything, despite of stories of how they came up through the company. They are out of touch with the work. Work/life balance is awful. Sick day policy is a joke. first day out sick counts as 3 consecutive days??

      Pros

      They have some awesome people to work with. They have some major accounts and you can get get good experience working with them, but don't plan on making it a career.

      Cons

      Work/Life balance is skewed. Management does not care about employees and doesn't listen. They have an open door policy, but don't believe it. They use it to weed out employees and use it to get rid of them or punish them.

      Pros

      Many good, hard working people, OK pay (more to follow)... that's about it...

      Cons

      Poor senior plant managers - with one noteable exception. No proper linear reporting structure. Unmanagable processes - due to too much post-merger process duplication, therefore too much lost time and innefficiency, leading to an imbalance in workloads that managers and supervisors seem unable to address.
