      Good salaries relatively in the industry, Pension given to all, Work-life balance

      Nasty Manger(worst I have seen in my career and life) and he still grows in stature Hierarchical in nature Bossism

      Pros

      The big company gives potential for advancement and finding a field of interest (not in this economy though)

      Cons

      The big company structure means you really do get lost in the big maze of the company. In many aspects, Senior Management really look after themselves (despite the appearance they choose to give) while downsizing the lower level workers to 'reduce costs' which puts immense pressure on the lower level workers who are now doing the jobs of several people for the same lower wage.
