      Starting salary was delivered. Remote work.

      Cons

      Horrible training. Never will give you a chance to prove yourself especially on the Houston team. Micromanaged. They don’t know anything about the corrugated box industry. The lady who thinks she knows so much is an idiot. She knows nothing. She hanged her hat on a “grease barrier” corrugated liner board for Crumbl Cookies. Funny thing is Crumbl will grow and an accountant will realize how expensive his boxes are eventually and sell out to IP or SK Westrock.

      Fired while on disability leave after I almost died

      Pros

      People were great. Management was incompetent and terrible.

      Cons

      I was fired after nearly dying of pneumonia and bird flu, while on short term disability and physical therapy. it took me 2 weeks and 147 phone calls to fix this. When i was cleared to return to work, they laid me off the same day.
