Pros

A "salary." Talented people who can find better jobs elsewhere.

Cons

Salaries below industry standards, no bonus, no annual raise, benefits almost non-existent and laughable. Poor leadership, no company culture. People here work extremely hard for this company but get very little in return. They have large, profitable accounts including Home Depot and Morgan Stanley but somehow cannot compensate their employees fairly? I don't buy it.

Pros

You will receive pay ontime.

Cons

Unethical behavior is rampant from the top of the company to the bottom. This is the place for you if you want to be used, abused, disrespected and lied to constantly. The benefits package is subpar because they don't match 401(K), health insurance is terrible, only 7 holidays and no raises. Management does not care about the employees and there isn't any career advancement. This place is a daily convention for bad bosses.
