Pros

I love my co-workers, without them I would have left a long time ago. There are some truly incredible people who work at RRD.

Cons

Employees are treated like machines and we burn out just as quickly. Turnover is incredibly high and as of 2022 most of our production facilities are running on skeleton crews. They are hiring, but no one in their right mind would want to work for RRD in any sort of Customer Service position.

Pros

Not really any pros unless you want overtime.

Cons

Upper management could care less about life/work balance. No raises or chance for promotion. Managers lie to you. Benefits are terrible.

Pros

Exceptional learning from leading a project in my first full-time job.

Cons

- I was an ‘IT Governance Specialist 1’, yet I am made to lead a major IT audit without setting these expectations while hiring - Absolutely no work life balance. There have been days when I worked for 17 hours a day, 11 hours being an average working day. - Minimal compensation: I was paid a salary of an ‘IT Specialist 1’ but performing a job of ‘IT Specialist 3’
