Used to be a good place to work, but things change.

Pros

Pay was certainly good, and the company is quite large. Despite some departments downsizing, others were growing and prevented quite a few skilled labor positions from being eliminated.

Cons

Management and the corporate culture is simply bad. This company is a majority employer in the area and it used to be a respected place to work. Management simply killed it, and the culture is one of fear and "at least you have a job" types of attitudes. Poor management decisions created even more unqualified managers and has turned the company into a sinking ship trying to stay afloat in a dying industry. Benefits regularly decreased. Pension dropped, 401k options diminished, and health benefits that rival non-group coverage.

Pros

the ability to mess around on company time and lack of supervision especially on night shift

Cons

the gross sexual misconduct of employees to one another, childish behavior and game playing throughout the plant on a constant basis. Use of company property for own use including taking of some product outside the plant for personal use. inappropriate behavior between employees in quiet areas of the plant that are unmonitored especially during shift change. poor wages and training of new or temporary employees

Pros

For admin: you get to work with all teams, HR, and execs which helps operations flow efficiently. Instrumental in promoting office culture which I enjoyed. For teams: most operate on a hybrid wfh/in-office schedule which is favorable. Many different shift options including grave yard. Pay and experience level for teams is good for entry level applicants. Most of the team managers originally started out as regular teammates so they have a grasp on things. Bill, the director of Operations is one of the best bosses I've ever had. Tiffany in HR is the sole reason this place functions properly. Team managers are easy to work with, and most seem to want to promote a better workplace for their teams. A lot of reviews mention poor training but I know this is something the leadership side was working relentlessly to improve so hopefully it has.

Cons

I will be very specific here: Cathy is the worst team manager, colleague, employee I have ever experienced, ever. This is a widely shared opinion across the entire GO operation. Her team has an extremely high turn over rate, with people quitting on the spot. She has literally yelled at me (an admin) IN THE LOBBY to the point that she was shaking and pacing - over me changing AIR FILTERS in her team room... She has thrown temper tantrums, she refuses to take part in management meetings, as its a "confidentiality problem", the list goes on. It seems trivial to complain about a single person when all the other team managers, teammates, leadership, HR, are great. But that's HOW BAD THIS PERSON IS and I would like to save any potential hires that experience. I didn't even work on her team and she made working in this operation extremely difficult and sometimes impossible for myself and many others to the point that EXECUTIVES would need to be involved just to complete routine/trivial tasks. So my overall advice, RRD (Phoenix) is a great place to work for entry level positions on teams, many shift options available including graveyard for the night owls, but just make sure you don't end up on Cathy's team. At the same time, would you want to work for a company that holds on to someone that treats colleagues, subordinates, and even her direct supervisors so poorly?
