      I no longer work there

      WFR - Three letters you should learn if you work here. 1% raises across the board for the team I was on for 4 years. Everyone gets the same raise and maybe you find out about it on a conference call with everyone else or maybe you notice the change in your direct deposit. Worked here for a long time. Not even close to the same company I started working for - Going downhill fast

      good pay , steady hours if you are lucky enough to be assigned to a good press. Scraps if not.

      Cons

      You are over worked and not treated as a person. The company does not care for quality or safety until there is a incident. Then they are all for show. Keep the presses running at all times with little or no maintenance.
