      Pros

      Was lucky to work in a team with talented co workers that made my role enjoyable I had visibility with business partner and I was trusted with important projects. I had a manager who trusted my ability to deliver the projects and gave me flexibility to work from home as needed.

      Cons

      Old school company, old school culture, and one of the worst benefits to add to the bad compensation. Unfortunately company is in a bad industry with constant organic revenue decline. Company really does not seem to care about talents.

      Great People, fun environment and great knowledge.

      Cons

      The absolute worst insurance around (I guess it's better than no insurance), no retirement matching or pension, low salaries compared to the competition and not much mentoring or guidance.

      Pros

      People and the company culture were generally very good. It always felt like more of a small local business than a multinational corporation. Most management genuinely seems to care for the employees.

      Cons

      Dying industry & no consistent and clear plan to adapt have doomed the company. Company has stripped away all but the most basic benefits. No bonuses, minuscule salary increases. Most people sticking around are just running out the clock until retirement or hoping for a severance pkg when the next wave of layoffs come.
