RRD has lost their way - the company has no solid direction or plans for future growth. The "spin" of the 3 companies never made good business sense and has only made the top executives $$.
You are only a number and are expendable at any time. The company has gone through MANY WFR's (work force reductions) and has now cut into the "bone" in an effort to make bottom line revenue numbers. And they are planning to keep cutting if necessary. The company is heavy in debt and has very limited $$ to invest in growth opportunities.
No 401K match, small or non-existent bonuses, less than cost of living increases yearly, no HR support, expensive health care coverage as they shift more of the cost to employees - increased cost and deductibles, with a decrease in coverage.
I would not recommend working for RRD.
