      Pros

      Atmosphere is relaxed and layed back but productive. Work environment is nice and depending on which department you are in everything is temperature controlled.

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible with little to no coverage and you no longer get incentives after 25+ years of service. No one under management gets bonuses. No raises beyond the yearly 1% for everyone no matter what.

      Pros

      Interesting and intense work; great co-workers (misery loves company).

      Cons

      Lots of "team building" and corporate diversity mumbo-jumbo. But when the bean-counters decide to cut the workforce, all the rules of civility go out the window and they just dump you. Also, very, very few women and people of color in management roles.

      If you are young, you are good.

      Cons

      20+ years of my life given to RRD and taken away in a minute. Administrators, Supervisors, Management and Executives only care about filling their pockets. Don't think for one second that RRD cares about your future or the future of your family because they have destroyed my life and the life of my family. If you are offered a "package deal", make sure you read it very carefully and seek the advice of an attorney.. because I can assure you, you have a case.
