      Huge Company, Great Pay, Little recognition

      1. Pay on average very high 2. Offer many locations to work at 3. HR Systems available on line 4. Long term employment

      Cons

      1. No 401K matching 2. Too big. Impossible to be recognized with good work 3. Company top management poor leadership 4. It's all about the money, not about teamwork

      Pros

      RR Donnelley has a lot of buying power, stability as a large company in certain departments, and reasonably nice facilities.

      Cons

      The infrastructure is poorly set up, often leading to inappropriate leveling, which directly affects pay and mobility within the company. Resources are tapped beyond max in an effort to save money, but compensation is on the mid-low end with very poor increase/bonuses over the past few years.

      Pros

      This company, as far as I've heard from employees at other locations, is not a bad place to work.

      Cons

      The plainfield, IN location works you like a dog and religiously does not pay people for overtime. They are so horrible I had to call the labor union as well as contact a lawyer.
