Pays overtime starting after 37.5 hours.

Cons

Pension and 401(k) match have both been taken away. Profit sharing is up to the whims of upper management, whose first priority is to its shareholders. Even when we hit our targets in 2014, they didn't share any of the profits, which were considerable. All profits went to keep dividend payments at a high level.

Paycheck, bathroom, water,parking lot, end of day, and air to breathe.

Cons

Dishonest management, no respect, reverse discriniation, hours (12) per day, no days off, no time for breaks, other supervisors will make you look bad, thay are encouraged by upper management to do so.
