      Great place to work good benefits awesome pay and the people are the best. Advancement opportunities available and alot of overtime offered

      Working 7 days a week especially when you have a family.

      ok, as long as you don't get sick.

      I got pneumonia and bird flu. was in the hospital for a week. on an oxygen machine for 6 weeks. stayed at my mom's for 2 months. took 6 months of pulminary PT to get back in shape to return. they fired me 3 months into the short term disability claiming they decided i was ready to come back. fought it, got doctor's proof that i wasn't cleared to, was reinstated. when i was finally medically cleared, i was told to come back on a tuesday to sign paperwork, and i'd be on my shift on wednesday. instead they fired me on the spot when i walked in on tuesday. don't get sick. they'll fire you.

      It was conveniently located for me anyways.

      Cons

      Very poor management communication. From the top down. They also do not treat their employees very good. Very unprofessional. They also have a lot of blackout days -they send you home with no pay.
