      Pros

      Decent benefits, most of the time I found it to be a good community

      Cons

      Lacks formal training, what is instituted is only just now getting off the ground, the salary is below the average, and management is generally at the whim of the companys we outsource for (meaning lack of standards)

      Pros

      Great people, everyone is helpful, and the work/life balance is great. Training is getting better but still needs some work. Benefits are not bad and the vacation policy is not bad.

      Cons

      Pay is not the best. Communications are not the best. You can ask but not sure if the answer is truly honest. Every conversation feels like you are being challenged.
