There are no pros with this company. Micromanagement, Rudeness, no long term perspective. If you want growth than stay away
Cons
I don’t know where to start with but let me start with the culture as there is nothing the owner is rude and decisions are based on mood. There are contracts and they will make sure they will get every single penny from you when you leave. No professionalism no quality people. They only have good JD Edward practice apart from it they lack in talent and outlook.
