Business Outlook
Pros
- As a relative chance to work on good project and get post of manager etc. - If you have a big client and long project then get a chance to stay away from the management and office - Immigration sponsorship etc.
Cons
- Everything they have for consultant including office infra and company laptop are cheap - Huge communication gap between management and team - Not spending money over training or certification - It’s a torture when you are on bench. - Not much encouragement to grow - Poor Pay package Thank god me and my husband (recently) left this company.
