      Pros

      Be very careful, taking a job with this company. The construction managers run the show, and if you say anything that they feel is against them, the managers will get rid of you, regardless of how hard of a worker you are.

      The alpha male construction managers are not willing to work together with you or help you.

      Cons

      They’ll tell you that the hourly rate is low because you’ll make most of your money in piece rate. The truth is they reserve piece rate for elite employees, I.e. those who have been there for years, children/relatives of upper management, etc. they will treat like a work horse, and no matter how hard you work or how skilled you are, they will tell you the reason why you’re not getting the rate they promised from day one is your own fault. Join the company, ask around, find out for yourself…their turnaround rate is high because the only way to get people in the door is to dupe them
