      As it is product based company so would have decent work life balance.

      Management does have a set of people they will push and encourage and then there are the rest of employees.

      Pros

      I was on a greenfield project with 100% of the infra in Azure as well as all single-purpose microservices. Great tech stack, high level of trust.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic, bullying culture with severe Mormon undertones. I loved the stack but hated my boss. Eventually the company got acquired, the project cancelled and everyone laid off.

      Pros

      Good company, you get good flexibility. the people I worked with were great and made the work environment very pleasant.

      Cons

      HR department seems to be very standardized. Unlimited PTO can be tricky sometimes as it leads to less PTO taken.
