-Medical insurence high
-HR team is terrible and inprofessional
-Higher management gets paid bonuses and incentives off the backs of team members who are is a smaller position
-Management expects you do do everything and you get in trouble even when the work load is alot while doing their job
-No one respects you if your in a every levelpositions
-I been there for years and the kept rejecting me for internal positions with no explanation
- you get 50 cent raises
-mental health will go down expecially if you are a high performer
-you job duties will change and increase overtime
-they are giving our jobs oversees and they suck at their job
-the metrics is strict and very hard to hit and you can lose you job with 3 strikes
-you need permission to do everything like you a child
-management cant do their job but dump all their duties on you until you cant handle it anymore and you get fired
- I do feel like having metrics this hard is an easy way to have people fired or quit so they can give your job away
- they do not care about workers at all, only money and clients
-pay is unlivable
-metrics is 90 percent everyday!!! if you have a bad day..written up! not even robots can take this pressure everyday
-it's a slave job - look else where. I don't care how nice they acting. They lying.
-They lack diversity in leadership roles. All the leaders look the same and think the same.
