Dedicated employees, decent pay and bonus options.

"state of the art" Shared service centers require super close management by site operators, the TECHNOLOGY offering for the company is deplorable, operators spend the majority of their days managing the software from the company versus adding value to our clients. Tons of bugs and glitches in the systems that IT pretends are non-existent and one-off's, call it "Ghosts" in the machines or something because they NEVER function properly. People are jumping ship left and right, no knowledge transfer - when those folks leave it's a mad dash and scramble to pick up the pieces and figure out where they left off. Long hours, no real work/life balance.

They well considering you need much experiance to work there. You also have the chance to learn and get expose to different areas you wouldnt have before.

Cons

There is no formal training set in place for when you get on site, Its sink or swim. The company lacks culture and only cares about numbers.
