      Poor Management and Zero Room for Advancement Outside of HR

      Pros

      If you are in HR, there's room for growth and advancement. Also, the Company is making some positive changes and seems to have rebounded from their "delisting" and other issues they've had in the past that have made negative press.

      Cons

      If you are not within HR, you aren't going anywhere. If you come in as a rep, you will always be a rep. No matter how educated and experienced you become you will never move up. Management is old-school and will not budge from their ways. Also, they have no people skills.

      Pros

      Decent package. Not too far from union station Chicago. You learn what bad applicatuon architecture look like.

      Cons

      Stressful environment. You are always under the gun. Long hours, no appreciation. Mgmt makes hesty decisions and don't have clear vision. Managers are always trying to make their superiors happy and start from scratch every time new order comes from mgmt. Management lied when about roles and responsibilities. Applicationso are written in SQL Server. No or very less .NET. bad application architecture.
