      Promotions on Face Value, Operation management have fake face.

      Pros

      Only transport facility is good nothing else you cann't expect.

      Cons

      Training is not good, poor floor support, bad appraisals. No action plan to resolving the issues. It's good manager can listen u but they will never take the action on issues. Promotions are fixed for good face peoples and personal relations. Reporting managers don't think about the individuals what they think how they can save there job.

      Terrible management, benefits see not affordable for a family, terrible training. Management has NO ethics, there rude & condescending.
