Pros

Compensation is fine, there is less in terms of company values, work life balance in normal and can easily be managed. A free meal and transport is a plus point for employee.

Cons

The management tries only to satisfy themselves. Even after a bad appraisal they try a to cheer employees with free t shirt. Even at the time of rewards and recognition the upper level management congratulates and appraise each other ; ironically which is meant for employees. This time they cut a few rewards and made their own rewards. The upper management don' even know names of employees who are working for company for more than 2-3 years. They only remember names of a few buttering agents. Management suddenly appears on floors when a client or someone from US is visiting otherwise they remain out of picture the whole time.

Pros

Flexible schedule (can work from home on some days). Employees are generally quite talented. Great central location.

Cons

Management is insanely rude and doesn't care about employee morale. The department doesn't provide adequate training (it's a sink or swim environment). Quality of services is not a priority- only revenue. Although none of the jobs are commision based, it certainly feels that way as it's such a "productivity" based culture and you must meet daily/weekly quotas or get ready to be threatened with termination. Bonuses and raises are promised for individuals who "put in the extra mile" but that rarely happens. This company/dept has high employee turnover b/c of all the issues and is very unstable. Most employees are jumping ship as soon as they find a better job. The rest who are still here (who haven't landed a another job yet) are getting pretty beat down by all the politics and are extremely unhappy.

Pros

Good entry level position with opportunities within, laterally.

Cons

Upper management is not connected to the daily operations and is behind in applying technology to current processes.
