      Pros

      One of the best things about this job is the opportunity for career growth—there’s a clear path for progression, and I’ve personally experienced it. The team is incredibly supportive, making work feel more like being part of a family. Every day is different, which keeps things interesting and exciting. There’s also a huge sense of satisfaction in helping people at some of their most stressful moments. On top of that, the role has really helped me develop valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills that will stay with me for life.

      Cons

      Like any job, there are a few challenges. It can be very fast-paced and demanding, especially during busy periods. Staying calm under pressure takes time to master, and it can feel overwhelming at first. Shifts can also be long or fall outside the usual 9–5, which requires some adjustment. That said, the positives far outweigh the negatives, and each challenge has helped me grow into a stronger leader.

      Great company to work for who always offer support

      Pros

      Great community feel within the company and have plenty of support methods if you ever need it

      Cons

      Can be stressful work on the roadside but getting people to safety always makes you feel better
