      Since iv been with RAC I have progressed up to a specialist call taker, I enjoy coming to work and feel valued, I have a fantastic manager who always goes beyond and above for each and every one of us.

      Cons

      Different shift patterns can some times be challenging.

      They pay above usual level

      Cons

      Very political Managers might talk about a "flat structure" but that's bs High expectations of over-performing with no support to do so People will ask you to do a job and then do it themselves anyway there are no safe spaces, especially not to speak truth to power
