      Pros

      Opportunity to earn above average money, flexibility to work around family commitments , Training and on-going support first class , the most important thing is commissions are paid and paid on time not like some direct sales jobs

      Cons

      Really have to keep at it , some days can be very hard especially in poor weather conditions however if you've got a strong self motivation it can change in a moment . Can be a solitary existence at times

      Pros

      Have worked for RAC direct sales for 6 months and the training and on going support is the best i have known in my career. The earning potential is great, along with choosing your own days, hours and venues.

      Cons

      Resilience is required as its not for everyone as you do work outside, however if your confident in your sales ability, love talking to people and want to earn then this is the role for you
