      Pros

      Working for the RACCAR Organization has been such a great experience. Out of my 15 years in the automotive industry and being with the RACCAR for three of them, I can truly say I have found the place I will retire at. They believe in their employees and are willing to train, coach, and invest to further their skills and success.
