I was able to work independently The pay was good for the work ($20/hr) The front office atmosphere has a good work ethic and good sense of humor

There are none that I can think of other than that no one HAS to work here.

Cons

Toxic ownership, toxic work environment literally and metaphorically. Pay is as low as possible.
