      Honestly none. Avoid this employer at all costs

      Cons

      New Management has DESTROYED this once great company. People are resigning left and right. Not just lower level jobs. The Key Leaders. The people that know the business inside and out. CEO has LIED to the entire IT staff. The acting leaders of IT have LIED to people for years about pay raises and promotions. Nobody cares about you, the employee. You ARE just a number. They promote people who can't do their day to day jobs.

      Pros

      It used to be a decent company and some of those people are still around.

      Cons

      The new board and CEO are in the process of destroying the company without realizing or caring. They obviously have a short sighted goal of flipping this company to some poor suckers in the near future since the only thing they care about is the balance sheet. Compensation is not competitive, and don't expect to have raises or bonuses. Don't plan on being promoted through competence.

      Fun staff. Quarterly bonus. Some recognition from management

      Cons

      Hard work. Some weekends. Unfortunately the training is long and insurance is difficult so there is a high turnover in the administrative staff.
