      A core group of seasoned technologist Fair PTO No call, no work on Sundays

      Cons

      Significant travel Normal wages not paid while traveling Working outside of home state that sometimes requires air travel. Long working shifts 12-16 hour days Difficult working environment

      Great technologists that’s about it

      Cons

      Untrained and inexperienced supervisors . Manage via intimidations and threats . Poor pay . Communication is nonexistant. No opportunity to move up in company - all higher level positions are who knows who to get there . Total disregard for proper patient care. Scheduling / call center is the worst ever. Employees spend the entire day apologizing to patients for all the mistakes made prior to patient walking in for appointment .
