Pros

The people who work at the center level are great. Co-workers are friendly and more like a family. We provide the best care to the patients. Everyone truly enjoys what they do

Cons

Upper management doesn't care and does not value the opinions of lesser staff who have been with the company longer than them. Lack of communication and massive lay-offs sucked the heart out of this company. When CDI merged with Insight it was the death of the company.

Your positive comments about our staff providing the best care to patients is reiterated from our patient surveys and something we’re very proud of as an organization. We do acknowledge that we have had a number of changes in staffing levels and number of centers in Arizona since Insight and CDI came together in 2012. The purpose of the changes was to position the Arizona market and the organization overall for future success. Our company overall is doing well and positioned well for future growth. We value our staff and will take the appropriate steps to learn from your experiences and advice as we move forward together.

People here only work from 8-4.

Cons

401(k) match is only $1,500 and it takes 4 years to fully vest AND you don't get it until the end of the year. Culture is horrible, people aren't good at their jobs (all levels) and don't want to improve, nobody has any motivation, complete lack of accountability, etc.

Offers the usual medical benefits and quarterly bonuses (which are small for most)

Cons

No management planning, unorganized, wasteful, lack of efficiency and have no actual project managers to speak of to create proper project planning. The IT Management openly disrespect their employees and quick to place unjust blame. The technology is archaic, the organization is focused only on money and invests on cheap technology systems that have only an initial payoff. Tend to overwork employees, due to lack of planning and that fact that employees are salary based.
