Cons

New Management has DESTROYED this once great company. People are resigning left and right. Not just lower level jobs. The Key Leaders. The people that know the business inside and out. CEO has LIED to the entire IT staff. The acting leaders of IT have LIED to people for years about pay raises and promotions. Nobody cares about you, the employee. You ARE just a number. They promote people who can't do their day to day jobs.

I believe they are dishonest people. They are looking to hire people that fit within the clique. Doesn't matter what degree or knowledge you have. If you look the part then your hired. The office was unorganized and not clean.

If you are committed to patient care, want to work with a great team, and be a part of a growing organization, CDI is a great place to work. We implemented a new billing system in 2018, and we’re in the process of implementing a new EMR system for the company to remain current in our technology.
