      Great business model for growing company.

      Cons

      Private equity firm that owns RAYUS is making massive changes and destroying what was a family-feel company into someplace that makes you feel like a cog in the almighty corporate machine. Replaced almost 100% of the leadership.

      Fun staff. Quarterly bonus. Some recognition from management

      Cons

      Hard work. Some weekends. Unfortunately the training is long and insurance is difficult so there is a high turnover in the administrative staff.
