Pros

Recently joined the team at CDI in Indiana. Like many companies it has been a ramp up from 2020, but it is exciting to see how we partner with physicians and patients to find ways to improve the quality and efficiency of care. Trying to make the process as easy as possible for the patient and always open to new ideas is what I enjoy most about this team.

Cons

No real cons, just trying to keep up staffing for the increased patient growth.

Pros

They care so much about the patients AND the employees. Everyone is extremely helpful. If I had to describe the environment in one word, it would be collaborative. So often you hear our center staff describe their team as a "family". If you care about patient care and your co-workers, this is the place to work.

Cons

EVERY company has their challenges and you can also never make everyone 100% happy. No cons, just really excited for the future of the company.
