The people who work there treat each other like family. I knew without a doubt that my teammates and coworkers had my back both professionally and personally. I had a great experience with career advancement. They have always valued people over job title. It's certainly possible to move between departments and find a niche that works well for you and your career goals.

Cons

There were a few years with no raises, but they are under new ownership and I expect that will improve going forward .

Thanks for the candid review. We’re glad to see the positive ratings on Recommends and Positive Outlook. We provided merit increases in 2019 and just provided temporary increases during the COVID-19 pandemic for all associates working in patient-facing roles. We do recognize we’ve experienced some management turnover in the Puget Sound market. We’re confident in our current leadership team and look forward to stability for the market.

Pros

Decent pay. Everyone is respectful for the most part. I received an increase in pay and decent PTO.

Cons

There was not a lot of accountability for other front office staff. The leadership was often disorganized. At the time of my employment, our supervisor was replaced and after that there were a lot of complaints about management by my coworkers.
