Monthly bonus. Upper management is fair and complimentary. Flexible schedule

Horrible company car plan. We went from getting a car allowance in the amount of $450 per month to now paying anywhere from 200 to 350 per month for either a ford fusion, edge or escape. Many Ae's are now looking for other jobs since this has been a significant financial hit and there were no raises this yr.

We believe all of our associates contribute to our success and should be recognized and rewarded for that success, so we’re glad to see those pros in your review. Yes, we did make a significant change to our car program this year. The new car program was implemented to provide a consistent program for all associates needing to frequently drive for their role. Various program options were evaluated before a decision was made, with a goal to balance both the needs of associates and costs to the business. We recognize this was a big change for current staff and strived to provide associates with notice of the change so they could plan and adjust. We encourage you to reach out to your market Vice President or our purchasing department with any questions or feedback you have for the program.
